Spiritual: "A City Called Heaven"

I am a pilgrim, a pilgrim of sorrow,

I’m left in this wide world, this wide world a-lone.

I have no hope, have no hope for to-morrow.

But I'm tryin’ to make heaven my home.

Sometimes I’m tossed, Lord, and sometimes I’m driven.

Sometimes I just don’t know, just where I’m to go.

But I’ve heard of a city, the city of heaven.

And I’m tryin’ to make heaven my home.
